1. Shipping Locations

We ship our products both within Nepal and internationally to selected countries. For destinations not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery. Available shipping methods include:

  • Domestic Shipping (Nepal): Courier service / Local delivery partner
  • International Shipping: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or other reliable carriers
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Kathmandu Valley: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Outside Kathmandu (Nepal): 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders (Asia): 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders (Europe, USA, Australia): 10–20 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated on our website.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package.


7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement/refund.
